I served 15 years in the Australian Army with 4 years in Special Operations including multiple deployments.
After losing myself to depression and PTSD,. I went in search of what was more important.
Through injuries from competitive snowboarding, powerlifting and skydiving I discovered I had limitations with movement, which led me to study The Ready State and specialise in Movement and Mobility.
After completing the Level 1 Crossfit Trainer course, I have diversified my athleticism and furthered my understanding of the bodies physiology, which enables me to perform better. This knowledge allowed me to educate my clients and fellow trainers on moving better.
Today, I am a professional and motivated coach with an interest in teaching children and young adults about the benefits of resistance training. I believe that by teaching the younger generation, we are setting them and their bodies up for a life of limitless movement.
This makes me a leader in performance training. From a simple deadlift to a muscle up, believing in yourself and your ability is half the battle!
What makes me tick? A passion for movement and mobility at all levels of human development. Extreme sports/ hobbies, competition, travel and a deep love of all animals.
